Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in West Springfield, MA seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage inquiries, quotes, and order fulfillment for service sales. You will act as the main contact for customers, distributors, and prospects while promoting service plans and upsell opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales and customer service, experience with CRMs and ERPs, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid onsite/remote work is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years inside sales and customer service experience.
• Fast-paced environment experience with quote generation.
• 3–5 years of CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Proficient MS Office with high typing speed (≥50 WPM).
• Spanish fluency is a plus; high-volume data entry capable.

Responsibilities

• Own inquiries, coordinate quotes and order fulfillment for assigned territory.
• Provide service and service plan quotations; process order entry.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and manage sales pipeline.
• Support contracts, pricing discussions and cross-functional handovers.
• Prospect new opportunities while nurturing existing customers.
