Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience selling, engineering, or marketing complex engineering solutions.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 75 miles of Tukwila, WA.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Ownership: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
• Technical & Solution Selling: Develop competitive proposals from electrical plans and specs; partner with internal experts.
• Cross-Functional & Project Support: Collaborate with product, operations, channel, pricing, inside sales, and project teams across the order lifecycle.
• Market Awareness & Capability Development: Adapt sales strategies to market changes and continuously build technical and business expertise.
