Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience selling, engineering, or marketing complex engineering solutions.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Ownership: Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and become a trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Technical & Solution Selling: Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop competitive proposals, including pricing and scope clarifications, partnering with internal experts.
• Cross-Functional & Project Support: Collaborate with product, operations, channel, pricing, inside sales, and project teams across the full order lifecycle.
• Market Awareness & Capability Development: Adapt sales strategies to market conditions and continuously build technical, commercial, and business expertise.
