Lokal Media House in Addison, TX is seeking an SEO Director to shape the vision for our home services client base and lead a growing team of SEO Strategists. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes scalable, AI-integrated strategies that win in competitive local markets.

You will guide SEO across technical, content, and local practices, driving improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions for multi-location accounts. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

8 to 12+ years of hands-on SEO experience leading technical, content, and local SEO strategy.
Leadership experience managing SEO teams across multiple clients or large sites.
Deep expertise in technical, content, off-page, and local SEO, including multi-location.
Experience using AI in SEO workflows such as content scaling, keyword clustering, intent analysis, and automated internal linking.
Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.

Responsibilities

Define and oversee SEO strategy for client base and lead a growing team.
Conduct technical audits and drive fixes for site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
Guide content strategy, metadata, and scalable link-building programs.
Own local SEO including Google Business Profile and multi-location citations.
Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and industry tools; report to clients.
