Silverback Strategies is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client SEO efforts. You will lead strategy, drive AI/LLM testing, and manage executive-level client relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable content and optimization programs.

You will analyze performance, translate data into actionable insights, and stay ahead of AI-driven search trends.

Qualificações

• Agency background with performance marketing experience.
• Years of Experience: at least 2 years in agency; 3 years in marketing/SEO; 5+ years preferred.
• Client-facing experience and ability to communicate strategy clearly.
• Hands-on experience optimizing for AI search and testing.
• Business acumen across industries and linking SEO to client impact.
• Content strategy experience with audience/keyword research and briefs.
• Proficiency with common SEO tools and platforms.
• Get Sh*t Done mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project/time management and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and execute strategy, innovation and performance for multiple client SEO programs.
• Hands-on AI/LLM optimization and testing to influence search behavior.
• Leverage GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to derive actionable insights.
• Lead client-facing status calls and be the primary SEO contact for assigned clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Translate channel strategy into time-bound, tactical roadmaps and content systems.
• Research emerging trends in search and AI to refine strategies.
• Review performance data to identify trends and impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams to bring strategies to life.
