Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking a Program Manager for a year-long engagement with MTA NY State in New York City. The role is hybrid with on-site at 2 Broadway, NY, NY.

You will lead transformational initiatives, coordinate with senior leadership, and drive IT process improvements across the department. Ideal candidates have MBA and 10+ years in management consulting, lean or six sigma background, strong communication, analytics, and proven program management experience handling large government

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; minimum 10 years of business experience.
• LEAN certification / Six Sigma training or comparable required.
• Professional communication skills and proven leadership capabilities.
• Analytical capabilities and quantitative skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a large organization.
• Experience with project management and work plan development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to develop, track/monitor, and implement transformational initiatives.
• Identify IT process improvements and develop strategies to address bottlenecks.
• Lead efforts to streamline procedures and map core business processes.
• Prepare business cases, findings, benefits and recommendations for transformation.
• Compile and track departmental priorities and elevate issues to leadership.
• Demonstrate hands-on involvement in large IT programs.
• Design and implement scorecards for productivity, service levels, risk, and costs.
• Apply change management practices.
