Positions: 2

Location: New York, NY – Hybrid, 4 days onsite

Duration: Approximately 12 months, with potential extension/conversion

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology and workforce transformation initiatives.

The role will manage integrated delivery across approximately 30 strategic initiatives, creating visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks and business outcomes. The successful candidate will work across technology, business, HR and finance while providing executive-level planning, governance and decision support.

This role requires a Program Manager with enough technical depth to credibly engage engineering and architecture teams, combined with the communication and influence skills to operate effectively with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution across complex, enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
• Build and manage an integrated delivery plan spanning approximately 30 strategic initiatives.
• Drive planning, execution and alignment across technology, business, HR and finance stakeholders.
• Identify and manage critical dependencies, sequencing challenges, risks and delivery impediments.
• Establish program governance, decision-management routines and executive reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and problem-solving sessions.
• Drive resolution of issues and remove obstacles affecting delivery.
• Prepare concise executive updates, dashboards, steering materials and recommendations.
• Support leadership discussions involving trade-offs, priorities, risks and resource constraints.
• Track adoption, organizational impacts and transformation outcomes.
• Support initiatives involving technology modernization, AI enablement and evolving ways of working.
• Help define and measure future-state operating capabilities, productivity and strategic outcomes.
• Provide actionable insight and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of complex Program Management experience, ideally within large enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation or modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, technology platforms and engineering concepts.
• Sufficient technical depth to understand concepts such as APIs, application architecture and technology modernization and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong integrated planning, dependency management, risk management and program governance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating successfully in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.
• Post-secondary education, ideally with a technology, program management or process engineering background.

• Experience leading programs involving cloud transformation or technology stack modernization.
