Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex initiatives across departments
• Define project vision, scope, objectives, success metrics, risks, and resources
• Develop roadmaps, governance, timelines, and tracking for accountability
• Identify and mitigate risks, barriers, and issues to maintain momentum
• Facilitate executive steering committees and stakeholder discussions
• Deliver executive-level reporting, business cases, and recommendations
• Support change management: communication planning and transition to future-state workflows
• Mentor project managers and help mature TMO methodologies
