Job summary

MTA is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst focused on HR Operations & Analytics in New York. Hybrid work: part onsite, part remote, with responsibilities across cross-functional projects and data-driven process improvements.

You will map processes, build reports in Power BI, develop presentations, and coordinate stakeholders to define problems and cocreate solutions. Strong MS 365 skills and experience in HR/Operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or business/data analysis.
• Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong MS 365 skills: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
• Proficiency with Power BI (dashboards, data visualization).
• Proficiency with MS Visio for process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crossfunctional projects, track tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct endtoend process mapping and support documentation.
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for decisionmaking.
• Develop clear presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft tools.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify problems, identify pain points, and cocreate solutions.
• Prepare project trackers, minutes, prereads, and action summaries for leadership.
• Create and maintain organized documentation libraries in SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams.
• Manage access and folder structures to ensure intuitive navigation and collaboration.
• Support HR Operations, Transformation, and Shared Services initiatives as needed.
