Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• PE/TE/PTOE license in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic studies for California projects and support West Coast regional efforts.
• Communicate findings clearly to staff, clients, regulators, and the public; write concise technical reports.
• Support planning and preliminary engineering for roadways, freeways, transit, managed lanes, and pedestrian facilities.
• Assist project managers on CEQA/NEPA documents and regulatory processes.
