Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 6 years of experience or equivalent education.
• PE/TE/PTOE license in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading traffic studies for California projects.
• Knowledge of CEQA/NEPA processes and environmental review.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills for junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic studies for California projects and support West Coast work.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and staff in meetings and reports.
• Support planning, modeling, and engineering for multimodal projects.
• Assist with CEQA/NEPA documentation and project delivery.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior engineers and technicians.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for studies.
