AECOM is seeking a California Traffic Engineering State Manager to be based in Orange, Los Angeles, or Oakland, CA. The role leads statewide traffic engineering projects, oversees staff and budgets, and drives business development with Caltrans and other agencies.

The position requires a California PE or TE license, 12+ years of traffic engineering management experience, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• BS plus ten years of relevant experience or equivalent
• California PE or TE license

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- to large-size projects across California.
• Leads discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise and leads marketing/proposal efforts.
• Manages traffic engineering staff and delivers projects on schedule and within budget.
• Drives business development and maintains client relationships with Caltrans and other major agencies.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians to enhance technical skills.
