Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in systems management, telecom support, and telecom systems administration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Cisco Call Control & UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation on all telecommunication systems is current.
• Track vendor contracts for SLA compliance and expiration.
• Monitor circuit utilization and suggest cost-reduction opportunities.
• Perform lifecycle tasks for assets and advise on telecom services and devices.
• Implement and audit security practices to meet corporate standards.
• Develop and maintain SLAs and evaluate vendor proposals.
