You will work hands-on with Cisco Call Manager, Jabber, and Finesse, ensuring reliable voice, data, and security access systems. Responsibilities include analyzing telecom needs, upgrading and troubleshooting VoIP platforms, managing IVR and DIDs, and coordinating with vendors for paging and door/gate access.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Finesse.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex voice and data failures.
• Experience configuring IVR, DIDs, and call routing for enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with overhead paging and access control systems is a plus.
