Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter for our corporate headquarters in the south metro Denver area. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers across the organization and hands-on sourcing for exempt, non-exempt and leadership roles.

You will manage requisitions, guide postings, conduct initial screenings, build talent pipelines via ATS and social networks, and drive a positive candidate experience while aligning with our HR policies and compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of field and corporate recruiting experience nationwide.
• 3 years’ experience using ATS to build candidate pipelines via social media.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with leadership-level recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine staffing needs.
• Act as SME and primary contact for factory hiring managers for staffing plans.
• Source candidates for all levels, including leadership, via ATS and social networks.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and guide managers on ATS usage and job descriptions.
