Job Store Staffing partners with a growing technology development company to identify and engage senior engineering talent in the Denver metro area. As a Talent Relationship Manager, you will lead strong relationships with cleared professionals and work with engineering teams to meet defense program needs.

This hybrid, front-line role requires a 10+ year track record, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to network at events and convert relationships into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Ideal backgrounds include Hospitality, Real Estate, Sales, Recruiting, Administration, Sports or related fields.
• Proven ability to establish authentic, trusted connections with talent, leadership, and clients.
• Fast-paced, high-accountability environment requiring ownership and flexibility.
• Willingness to attend local networking events and face-to-face meetings across the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture talent ecosystems across the Denver metro area.
• Conduct in-person engagements, host outreach events, and represent the client at industry events.
• Own full candidate lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and career development.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal recruiting teams to align talent strategies.
• Use metrics to prioritize work, monitor pipeline health, and optimize candidate experience.
