Job summary

Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles with diverse, qualified talent. You’ll use Paycor Recruiting and HRIS tools to post jobs, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and support onboarding, while promoting an equitable, inclusive candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires 2 onsite days weekly and collaboration with the People and Culture

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.
• Proven success developing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS to support recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Represent AHS at career fairs and external events, promoting inclusion.
