VTG is seeking a high energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work, and the successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned workgroups, from need identification to offer and closure.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, create compliant postings, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate records in the ATS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in government contracting industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with sourcing on various job boards and able to network.
• Expert-level experience with sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• General knowledge of HR practices, OFCCP compliance, EEO and APP.
• Familiarity with government proposal processes.
• Prior experience working with an Application Tracking System (ATS). Experience working with iCIMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers (e.g., timely response, expediting processes and procedures).
• Develops sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and align with action plans.
• Creates job postings that comply with requirements and posting timelines.
• Conducts pre-interview strategy meetings with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Proactively sources candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Negotiates offers and prepares offer letters.
• Uses ATS to track candidates, postings, and interview records.
• Participates in events to attract talent and support diversity goals.
• Maintains current knowledge of recruitment best practices and process improvements.
• Builds trust with key stakeholders and identifies process improvements.
