Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and IT teams delivering innovative Oracle EBS R12 and MES solutions as part of major transformation initiatives in Supply Chain.

Work closely with a Solution Architect to implement designs on new platforms, ensuring timely, high-impact outcomes. The role requires strong Oracle MES expertise and the ability to drive operational improvements at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES system.
• Experience with MES tools (Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy or Apriso).
• Experience with a broad range of IT solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, OIC, GenAI).
• Proven ability to work in agile Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES.
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Execution System.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budgets and requirements.
• Oversee operations in a world-class supply chain site.
• Act as SME, collaborating with IT support to resolve production issues.
