Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of day-to-day client servicing with strong client and carrier communication.
• Deliver standards of excellence following Lockton’s procedures and systems.
• Partner with account team on renewal servicing, gathering client exposures, applications, and loss information.
• Provide support on key client post-renewal deliverables.
• Execute changes requested on the program during the policy term and verify endorsements.
