Job summary

Lockton Midwest is seeking Senior Account Specialists to join our Risk Practice in a hybrid work environment. You will be part of a growing team, participate in training programs to build insurance brokerage knowledge, and support client servicing with strong communication to carriers and clients.

This role offers onboarding and coaching, opportunities for advancement, and exposure to a broad range of client interactions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of day-to-day client servicing encompassing strong client and carrier communication.
• Deliver standards of excellence in line with Lockton’s operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems.
• Partner with account team on renewal servicing including gathering client exposures, applications, and loss information.
• Provide support on key client post renewal deliverables.
• Execute all changes requested on the program during the policy term, monitor for receipt of endorsements, and validate accuracy.
