Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead for Linear Infrastructure in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will guide the planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance and watermain projects, leading diverse engineers and technicians to deliver solutions for communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment focusing on conveyance and water infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil) from an accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months; PMP is a plus.
• Travel to other offices and project sites may be required.
• Experience leading design and construction for large urban conveyance projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of design professionals and technicians; mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
• Drive business development and client relationships to grow project opportunities and long-term revenue.
• Coordinate scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling for multiple projects.
• Oversee complex engineering design tasks across conveyance and water infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control and regulatory compliance for projects.
• Develop project management plans and governance, guiding projects to budget and schedule.
