Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams of engineers and technicians.
• Mentor staff and build high-performing project teams.
• Lead business development and cultivate client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and cost estimates with multiple lines of business.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Perform complex conveyance design and hydraulic calculations.
• Coordinate QA/QC and regulatory reviews.
• Support permitting and stakeholder engagement.
