Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with the Sr. Project Architect and Sr.

Project Designer. The role oversees project financial performance, team communication, and delivery across all phases, ensuring design intent is preserved within budget and schedule. Responsibilities include leading project teams, negotiating fees, managing Deltek-based plans, and driving sustainability integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years' architectural practice with management experience across all project phases.
• Licensed Architect with current registration preferred (NCARB/LEED a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage multiple projects to budget, schedule and design intent.
• Develop and validate project scope, fee, budget, and services during marketing and contract development.
• Communicate with clients and consultants; manage contracts, change notices and fees.
• Oversee QA/QC and sustainability integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development and fee proposals; mentor staff and drive staff development.
