Job summary

HOK seeks an experienced Project Manager to partner with the Project Architect and Project Designer, overseeing project scope, budget, and team performance from initial concept through post-occupancy. You’ll lead client communications, fee development, and consultant coordination, ensuring design intent, schedule, and budget alignment while integrating Integrated Sustainable Design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent education/experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in architectural practice with management in all project phases through post-occupancy.
• Licensed Architect with current regional registration preferred; NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Architect and Team to manage project scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Lead and participate in client presentations; maintain clear project communications and documentation.
• Develop project fee, budget and scope during marketing and contract development.
• Oversee consultants, contracts, and project team; monitor financial performance and changes.
• Ensure sustainable design integration and green workplace practices.
