Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who will partner with the Project Architect and Project Designer to oversee project financial performance and team communications.

The role oversees multiple projects through all phases, directing staff and consultants to meet budget, schedule, and design intent. The position emphasizes leadership, client liaison, and development of project scope, fee proposals, and contracts while ensuring adherence to Quality Management and sustainable design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed Architect with current registration preferred; NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and maintains collaborative working relationships with Project Leadership Team.
• Manages one or more projects across all phases until completion; ensures budget, schedule, and design intent alignment.
• Directs employees and consultants, and communicates project status to clients and team; manages project using Deltek.
