Job summary

HOK's Denver studio seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects from planning through construction, partnering with Senior Project Architects and clients. You will oversee budgets, schedules, team coordination, and quality control, while mentoring staff, supporting business development, and advancing sustainable design.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver projects that balance performance, aesthetics, and client objectives, within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in architectural practice with prior management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred.
• NCARB registration preferred. LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams as Senior Project Manager.
• Manage project scope, budget, consultants, and schedule.
• Maintain regular client communications and lead presentations.
• Develop and execute consultant contracts and negotiate fees.
• Foster staff development and mentoring.
• Support business development and fee proposals.
