Job summary

HOK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to partner with the Project Architect and Project Designer, overseeing one or more projects through all phases and ensuring budget, schedule and design intent. You will lead project teams, manage client communications, and coordinate consultants using Deltek, while advancing Integrated Sustainable Design and a green, collaborative workplace.

Travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 12+ years’ experience in architectural practice with project management scope.
• Licensed Architect; NCARB and LEED credentials preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and fees; client interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Architect/Designer to manage project scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead project teams and coordinate communication with clients and consultants.
• Prepare and present project scope, budgets, fees and contracts.
• Oversee use of Deltek; develop work plans, teams, and change notices.
• Support Quality Management, sustainable design integration, and green practices.
