Job summary

HOK in San Francisco seeks a Project Manager/Project Architect to lead projects from planning through post-occupancy, ensuring design intent and budget adherence. You will supervise diverse teams, manage client communications, and coordinate with consultants.

Deltek experience is expected for schedules, budgets, and change management. You’ll collaborate with Project Leadership to validate scope, fees, and services, contribute to business development, and mentor staff while upholding sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 5 years’ experience in architectural practice with management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred, if licensure is offered in your region.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with the Project Leadership Team.
• Develop and validate project scope, budget, and fees.
• Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Use Deltek for project plans, budgets, schedules and change notices.
• Ensure budgets support Quality Management and sustainable design throughout the project.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project progress.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in fee proposals.
• Mentor staff and participate in interviews when needed.
