Job summary

Ixom Watercare Inc. is seeking a highly organized Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support customers, the sales team, and internal operations.

The role covers a defined territory with Regional Managers and distributors, focusing on customer relationships, project coordination, and ensuring clear communication. You will manage proposals, track opportunities, and assist with order and service activities while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with SAP, CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate projects with Regional Sales Managers and commercial team.
• Prepare professional customer proposals including scope and pricing.
• Track opportunities, proposals, projects, and commitments.
• Support order and service activities and invoicing in SAP.
