Job summary

Xylem is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex water and industrial projects near Jacksonville. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and services.

Travel to multiple sites and a hybrid on-site schedule are expected. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of field-based project management experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with PMP or similar designation preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience in water, industrial, construction, or mining environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize project execution teams and develop action plans.
• Ensure order entry in ERP and coordinate with procurement and contracts.
• Lead kickoff meetings and align teams with deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee submittals, third-party vendors, and buyout items per specs.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, invoicing, and project close-out.
• Support aftersales handover and participate in volunteer programs.
