Job summary

Zones is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale service programs from initiation to delivery in a hybrid on-site role at our Carol Stream, IL facility. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align with strategic goals, drive risk mitigation, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, ITSM expertise, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication. Certifications like ITIL or PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL, PMP, or PgMP certifications preferred.
• Experience in ITSM and service delivery management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Manage large, complex, enterprise-wide projects across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and departments.
• Ensure clear, concise, timely communications across stakeholders and manage risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and enable professional growth.
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and RAID logs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track performance metrics; provide status reporting and SLA management.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and end-of-month billing as applicable.
