Job summary

Zones is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide Managed Services engagements and drive successful partnerships with global clients. You will plan, manage, and execute initiatives that deliver world-class customer experiences and expand Zones capabilities.

You will partner with sales, solutioning, and Centers of Excellence to translate client needs into formal agreements and deliverables, while guiding teams across PM disciplines and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in Service Delivery, PM or consulting; MBA preferred.
• PMBOK knowledge including risk/change management, performance measurements.
• ITIL V3/4 certifications preferred; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects and managed services engagements through full lifecycle.
• Build strong client relationships at all levels, including C-level.
• Meet revenue, profit, and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan and facilitate client and internal meetings; manage risk and changes.
• Translate customer requirements into formal agreements and SOWs.
