Job summary

ePlus Technology, inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office, guiding both internal and external projects. You will manage communications with customers, budgets, and delivery milestones while mentoring project managers and staff across complex programs.

You will oversee resource planning, risk mitigation, and assurance of project artifacts. The role requires collaboration with presales for RFPs and ongoing client relationship management in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management or IT management experience.
• ITIL or related best practices certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from design to production, mentoring project managers and staff.
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment; manage budgets and resources.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with service directors and presales to develop RFPs and manage client relationships.
