Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Act as primary liaison between executive sponsors, business units, and vendors.
• Define scope, build detailed baselines, and manage budgets and burn rates.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate governance forums and Agile ceremonies as needed.
• Coordinate with external partners to monitor delivery commitments and SOWs.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to report progress to executives.
