Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to develop and manage global enterprise client partnerships and oversee daily Managed Services implementations. You will plan, manage, and execute multiple engagements and collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to deliver world-class technology solutions and client experience.

Requires a minimum of 10 years in service delivery or project management, strong PMBOK knowledge, and ITIL/PMP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in Service Delivery, PM or business consulting; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, risk management, change management, performance measurements, and project leadership.
• ITIL V3/4 certifications preferred; PMP certification highly desired.
• Proven track record in large, long-term Managed Services engagements with profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and managed services engagements through all lifecycle phases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including C-level, as a trusted business partner.
• Meet revenue, profit, growth objectives and improve customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and implement account strategies; translate requirements into formal agreements/SOWs.
• Prepare management reports on project performance and financial status.
• Plan and run internal and client-facing meetings; manage risk and change actions.
• Serve as escalation point and liaison between Zones and customers for project delivery.
• Coordinate vendors and offshore teams; support pre-sales with technical resources.
