Job summary

Zones, LLC, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead technology deployment projects from planning through closeout across multiple sites. You will manage schedule, scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder communications, applying PMI principles to deliver repeatable workflows and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology project management, strong leadership, and proven ability to guide multi-store deployments, with PMP or ITIL preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-site technology deployments with clear schedules and milestones.
• Oversee project scope, budget, risks, and RAID logs.
• Develop and implement repeatable project workflows.
• Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for change requests.
• Ensure financial forecasting and cost tracking accuracy.
