Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to lead technology deployment projects from planning through closeout across multiple store locations. The role emphasizes schedule, scope, budget, customer communication, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, clear written and verbal communication, PMI-guided risk management, and experience guiding teams to deliver on time and within cost. Hybrid work supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or ITIL preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or operations.
• Experience leading multi-store or site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects at multiple sites, managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Create workflows to minimize duplication and drive efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage risks, issues, and RAID logs with proactive mitigation.
• Provide weekly status reports as requested.
