Citigroup Inc. seeks a Production Support Manager for Custody Technology to lead a 30-person team across NAM/LATAM. You will own production stability for 30+ applications, drive resiliency, and partner with offshore/nearshore services to meet client service levels during rapid growth.

You will guide development teams on stability and scalability, define onboarding standards for new markets, and report progress to senior leadership. Hybrid work in Tampa with strong executive exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application production management or technology operations within financial services.
• Senior-level experience in application support with direct people management responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed technology teams.
• Strong background in incident management, problem management, and ITIL-based frameworks.
• Experience supporting applications across cloud, data warehouse, distributed, and mainframe environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, translating technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore/near-shore service delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Lead and transform the NAM/LATAM Custody production support function into a proactive, resilient, and scalable organization.
• Own the stability of production environments supporting more than 30 applications, protecting client service levels during growth.
• Build and execute a resiliency strategy across a multi-market technology stack.
• Guide development teams on improvements to stability, scalability, and supportability.
• Set capacity, throughput, and latency management standards across production infrastructure.
• Define onboarding standards for new markets and business lines joining the platform.
• Serve as senior technology partner to the Custody business, presenting performance updates and strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and offshore/nearshore managed services teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 30 professionals across multiple time zones.
