Citigroup in Tampa, FL seeks a Custody Service Lead Analyst, Vice President, to lead client resolution and support for Global and Local Custody clients across Transaction Management, Cash/FX, and Asset Servicing.

You will oversee complex analyses, drive remediation of aged queries, and ensure balance between fraud risk, cost, and customer experience while maintaining high service quality.

Formación

• 6-10 years in global financial institutions within Custody operations.
• Experience collaborating across a global footprint.
• Strong end-to-end custody operations knowledge (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax).
• Fraud mitigation and risk management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, drive results, and implement change in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client resolution and support activities with Customer Service teams.
• Manage a product area within Custody infrastructure (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax).
• Analyze custody operations for risks and drive remediation of aged queries.
• Identify authentication and procedure gaps; develop solutions to eliminate them.
• Balance fraud risk, operational cost, and customer experience.
• Escalate and report control issues; update MCA for related risks.
