Job summary

Citi's Investor Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a Custody Service Lead Analyst, Vice President, to lead client resolution and support for Global and Local Custody clients across Transactions, Cash/FX, and Asset Servicing.

You will drive high-quality service, manage complex queries, and partner with the Customer Service team to address risks, improve processes, and ensure compliance while balancing client experience and operational costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6–10 years in custody operations at a global financial institution.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across a global footprint.
• Strong risk management and fraud mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to improve client service.
• Manage a product or process within the custody infrastructure (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax).
• Analyze custody operations to identify risks and drive remediation of aged queries.
• Lead complex analyses to close gaps in authentication, procedures, and root causes.
• Balance fraud risk, cost, and customer experience.
• Update MCA process to capture custody-related risks.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency while safeguarding Citi.
