You will shape incident recovery, change readiness, and the adoption of standard production tools, while managing budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships to optimize service levels and TCO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, resiliency, and incident recovery.

• Ensure Production Change Readiness and control adherence.
• Lead adoption of production tools for monitoring and automation.
• Assess and manage L1-L3 workload drivers.
• Leverage Generative AI and automation to reduce human intervention.
• Implement SLA and performance measurement.
• Develop understanding of Funds Solutions product functionality.
• Influence senior leaders on stability topics.
• Manage talent, performance evaluations, rewards.
• Engage with vendors to maintain service levels.
• Forecast and manage budget and staffing to optimize TCO.
• Assess and manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
