• 10+ years in production management with continual improvement.
• Proven leadership across technology, operations, and business teams.
• Strong risk management and change management experience.
• Experience with cloud microservices and SRE principles.

• Maintain high stability and resiliency for Funds services and guide incident recovery.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop actionable production outcomes.
• Ensure production change readiness and adherence to control standards.
• Drive adoption of standard production tools focusing on monitoring, observability, capacity, resiliency, automation.
• Assess and manage L1-L3 workload drivers and plan efficiency improvements.
• Leverage Generative AI and automation to minimize manual work and create opportunities.
• Implement strong SLA/Performance metrics and analyze production insights for improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of Funds Solutions product functionality and business needs.
• Influence senior leaders on stability and operational topics.
• Manage and develop talent, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee rewards.
• Engage with vendors to achieve high service levels and manage budgets.
• Oversee Funds Production budget and staffing for Total Cost of Ownership optimization.
• Assess and manage risk with compliance to laws and policies.
