Johns Manville is seeking a Division Project Engineering Manager to collaborate with business leadership, operations, engineering, finance, marketing, and product development to align engineering efforts with business and financial goals.

You will provide leadership across insulation system division plants and technical staff, driving capital projects, process improvements, and safety/quality enhancements while mentoring engineers and delivering measurable benefits to the division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10 years in industrial engineering roles.
• Experience managing capital projects of $5M+ through full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and program management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering leadership to the division's plants and resources.
• Lead capital program planning and multi-year asset projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering Council and VP Capital Projects.
• Ensure safety culture and health/environment compliance.
• Mentor division engineers and ensure project objectives met.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability.
