Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Senior Outside Sales Engineer - Mission Critical to drive strategic accounts in Ohio. This hybrid role requires office presence near West Chester or Worthington within a 50‑mile radius.

You will build relationships with customers and channel partners, develop sales plans, and coordinate with product lines and operations to deliver tailored electrical solutions while navigating pricing and delivery requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 3 years in a technical or commercial field.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of West Chester, OH or Worthington, OH only.

Responsibilities

Build and own relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Learn and understand business models to develop and execute sales plans.
Collaborate with Channel to achieve business objectives.
Assess market and pricing to respond to delivery requirements.
Use analytics to drive data-based decisions about accounts and opportunities.
Collaborate with product lines, operations and internal teams to provide customer-centric solutions.
Lead technical presentations at customer forums and local associations.
Coordinate with factories to resolve technical and quality issues with customers.
Assist in developing a coordinated sales effort and quoting projects with pricing.
