Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Lead Outside Sales Engineer in a hybrid role near Parma, OH. You will build relationships with key customers and channel partners, execute sales plans, and provide technical and planning support to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a technical or commercial background with 5+ years’ experience, are legally eligible to work in the U.S., and hold a valid driver’s license. 50‑mile geographic area limit applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field and 5+ years of experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Parma, OH.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Build relationships with key customers and channel partners to drive long-term business prospects.
