Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations in Product Engineering to lead operational leadership for the Bedrock LCR portfolio, aligning cross-functional goals and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

This hybrid role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, and workforce data initiatives, with a focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction while partnering with Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven ability to implement operational cadences at scale.
• Experience with large, complex data sets to create strategic dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Bedrock LCR portfolio to support objectives and financial goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize resources, products, and services.
• Develop metrics and reports for operating effectiveness; deliver BI reports to senior management.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, forecasting, budget management, and workforce data initiatives.
• Direct and review work of enabling functions and administrative partners.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex operational challenges.
• Establish and negotiate relationships with key external vendors.
