Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing operational cadences at scale.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets to create insightful dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Hands-on communication skills with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of business operations and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Bedrock LCR portfolio to support objectives, milestones, and financial goals.
• Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives to optimize resources, products, and services.
• Develop metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting operating effectiveness; deliver BI reports to senior management.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and workforce data initiatives.
• Direct and review the work of enabling functions and administrative operational partners, driving performance.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges by adapting frameworks.
• Establish, maintain, and negotiate relationships with key external vendors.
