Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven ability to implement and manage operational cadences at scale.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets to produce actionable insights and dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting collaboration with Finance.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support objectives and financial goals.
• Identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Develop metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting operating effectiveness; deliver BI reports to senior management.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, resource forecasting, and budget management.
• Direct and review the work of enabling functions and administrative partners to drive performance.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex operational challenges by adapting frameworks and offering innovative perspectives.
• Establish, maintain, and negotiate relationships with key external vendors.
