You will align cross-functional goals, optimize resources, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership to support key business decisions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, and working with Finance teams to forecast and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of implementing operational cadences at scale.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets to produce insightful dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support business objectives and financial goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and deliver operating metrics and BI reports to senior management.
